DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! !!!! I brought my palisade in under warranty and extended warranty due to it having transmission issues. They kept it 3 days! I never received a phone !!!! I brought my palisade in under warranty and extended warranty due to it having transmission issues. They kept it 3 days! I never received a phone call with updates the entire time. Th only reason I found out it was "done" was because I called 20 times and finally got someone on the phone. I left 10 messages over the 3 days and no one called me back. They diagnosed my truck with having no issues!!! I asked for an oil change on the truck while they had it, that was not done as well!! As soon as I drive the truck off their lot it starts doing the same thing. I take the truck to ALLEN TURNER HYUNDAI and the truck needs a brand new transmission!!!!!!! DIAGNOSED IN 4 hours!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PR SERVICE CENTER THEY ARE SNAKES!!!!!!! More

I went here because of all the amazing reviews it already had and it could not of been more true. When I first was looking for a vehicle I did an online thing and got a call back almost immediately from the had and it could not of been more true. When I first was looking for a vehicle I did an online thing and got a call back almost immediately from the manager that recommended Raymond for me to talk to and even though it was 7 and they were closing he took his time out to talk to me and set up an appointment. The next day I fell in love with a Kona, looked at a few more places but knew that was the one for me. It wasn’t stressful at all. The staff is so friendly. The car did have a speaker issue I noticed right after purchasing and Raymond still had everything fixed went above and beyond multiple times to make sure it met with MY kid’s schedules to have it taken care of. The service department is run so well too. Which I have not witnessed from previous experiences at other place and I’m so impressed and would recommend them 100%. An amazing run place and the staff seemed happy to be there and proud of their jobs... from what I witnessed and that’s something you don’t see much of anymore. More
