Justin Clyburn was helpful, knowledgeable, and absolutely no pressure. We could tell he wanted us to have the car and was trying to help us get our payments within range as best he could. I absolutely dreaded the whole new car buying experience, and we usually go to Carmax for this reason - but we are now total fans of Fred Anderson Toyota! Justin made sure we understood all the bells and whistles my RAV4 limited had. He helped us get the best deal possible, and we are grateful for the entire experience. Rickey handled the financing end and he was just a joy to laugh and cut up with. He was great at explaining everything as well. There was nothing negative at all about our car buying experience, well... except now we have a car payment ;) BUT, I LOVE.. LOVE my RAV4 limited! Thanks guys! More

Worst car buying experience I've had Ive been searching for a new car for a couple of weeks now, going to multiple places and have generally been approached with patience and respect, unt Ive been searching for a new car for a couple of weeks now, going to multiple places and have generally been approached with patience and respect, until today. I was working with another sales member (who is not on the site), who was very pleasant and I was having a good experience. This staff member and I were running numbers when Terrance entered the scene. He was immediately aggressive and I realized quickly that he was not there to have a conversation with me. As I stated my concern over the interest rate being offered, he began pounding on the keyboard and pulled up the Fred Anderson website where he pointed to the fine print that stated that a credit score of 800 or more was required to get a good interest rate. So I said "so you want my credit score to be 800, theres nothing I can do about that." (I have good credit, but its not 800). He says no and begins grinding his pen into the paper in front of me at the numbers I've already seen and know will not work for me. I attempt to explain to him that I currently have better financing through my bank. He continues to impatiently grind the pen into the paper, interrupt me, and speak so condescendingly and harshly that I finally looked at the sales associate and told her that I didn't want to work with him anymore and I was uncomfortable. He shoves the paperwork at the associate and walks away. I was so thrown off by his instant aggression and harsh behavior that I told the sales associate that I wanted to leave. The manager ( I cannot recall his name) did speak with me outside and attempt to reconcile the situation, however the damage was done. What a horrible experience and such a rude person. There are too many places in Raleigh to buy cars to be dealing with that especially when the prices are already too high. More

Did I purchase a great car or a inevitable future problem? My salespeople offered me a Highlander in what they described as the best, feature rich and most reliable and dependable vehicle available that would My salespeople offered me a Highlander in what they described as the best, feature rich and most reliable and dependable vehicle available that would give me many years of trouble free service and performance. I then spent my final 1.5 hours at the dealership being told by the the finance/"sell me more products" person that I was entering into a risky proposition in purchasing my Toyota and that multiple extended warranties and services were the only way to protect myself from inevitable expensive failures on my Highlander ranging from faulty Toyota paint to 20 expensive brittle on board computers. Not sure this is the image Toyota should be perpetuating. More

Excellent experience!! I was looking at new cars online and I put in an inquiry about one at Fred Anderson Toyota because I had heard so many good things about this specific I was looking at new cars online and I put in an inquiry about one at Fred Anderson Toyota because I had heard so many good things about this specific dealership. Not 5 minutes after sending the inquiry, Alan Murphy called me welcoming me into the dealership to look deeper into what car I wanted to purchase. I went into Fred Anderson the next day and sat down with him. Since I am 19 and this was my first independent car buying experience, it took me a while to figure everything out and really decide on a car. Alan Murphy was sooo patient, informative, and helpful the entire time. He engaged in conversations with me about things other than cars, making the experience more enjoyable. I ended up getting the perfect car for me, thanks to Alan Murphy and Terrence (another worker who was helping along the way.) A lot of carsalesmen care more about the money they’re making off of the customer, rather than the customer themself. I am thrilled to say that Alan Murphy is the TOTAL opposite. Fred Anderson Toyota has always had a good reputation in my mind and Alan Murphy just made it better! More

Great sales rep. We were looking to buy a second vehicle. Joey O was absolutely awesome. Very patient. I wasn’t sure if I wanted new or used. He showed me everything he had and did not ball at any question. Didn’t seem annoyed or in a hurry. No pressure what so ever. He then turned us over to Terrance the finance guy. Terrance got us a better APR than my credit union. Very personable and fun guy. Had my husband and I informed and relaxed. I recommend both these gentleman. More
