I was hesitant to come into the dealership after a Facebook interaction and was told to ask for someone who couldn’t be found on a Sunday afternoon but, Lorriel definitely made my experience and time Facebook interaction and was told to ask for someone who couldn’t be found on a Sunday afternoon but, Lorriel definitely made my experience and time worth it! Rude finance manager If I could rate my experience with 0 stars I would. My car recently broke down and I was looking for a car immediately. I test drove two cars with Tra If I could rate my experience with 0 stars I would. My car recently broke down and I was looking for a car immediately. I test drove two cars with Tramal and I was interested in purchasing a Toyota Camry. Everything was fine until the numbers came out. The price of the Camry was at least two thousand dollars more than competitors and what it was worth. After explaining that to Tramal he called his finance manager over named Terrance (bald, African-American guy from NY) who was completely unprofessional. Terrance spent nearly 20 minutes pressuring me and making me feel guilty for wasting Tramal's time. He even told Tramal "I'm glad it was your time wasted, not mine. Because after 8pm don't call me." Completely unprofessional for a manager. Once I made it clear that I did not want to speak with him any more he became combative and said "You don't have to shoo me off like that." I said "okay", and he proceeded to say "Okay what?! Okay what?!" in a threatening manner. I responded with you "You have a nice day sir." He then rolled his eyes and walked away snickering. After this experience I immediately got up, gathered my things and left. There is no way that I would spend one penny in this establishment when managers can't uphold a level of decorum with customers. Tramal would have been better off handling the situation by himself because involving Terrance lost him a customer who would have been willing to continue my car search with him. I will be contacting corporate and the BBB for this terrible experience. More

Great service, easy transaction. We worked with Jae over the course of a few weeks. We came in at first knowing we would not be purchasing that day, as we were waiting to hear if in f We worked with Jae over the course of a few weeks. We came in at first knowing we would not be purchasing that day, as we were waiting to hear if in fact our old vehicle was going to be totaled by our insurance company. Jae immediately began taking notes on what I was looking for in the Rav-4 I intended to purchase. He was thoughtful and listened to my needs. Jae was very patient with us as we worked through the process of a settlement with our insurance company and assisted us again a few weeks later, even bringing us on a test drive of another Rav-4 since I thought I might want a different color and model. He was informative and honest with us about how to consider which model to purchase. The overall process was smooth and simple. We truly enjoyed working with Jae and would absolutely recommend him and Fred Anderson again. Thank you! More

Every time thee is an unpleasant surprise, no matter what I have had the misfortune to deal with Fred Anderson Toyota repeatedly the past two years. Every time thee is an unpleasant surprise, no matter what the occasion. For example, exorbitant charges for simple items like replacing a light bulb or an air-filter, misquotes on vehicle pricing, lack of information on cost of processes, always a replace rather than repair attitude. In my opinion you will do far better to look elsewhere for parts, repairs and sales. More
