Went above and beyond to get the Rear Wheel Dr. , Lexus iOS 300 for me. Went to a few other dealerships and said that they were only sold in the south and Lexus Of Orange County said they could and , Lexus iOS 300 for me. This is strictly for the service department. Sales department was great and Lexus makes phenomenal vehicles. Today I learned why the nickname for dealerships is "STEALERSHIPS". Paid close to 2k Sales department was great and Lexus makes phenomenal vehicles. Today I learned why the nickname for dealerships is "STEALERSHIPS". Paid close to 2k for a prepaid maintenance plan through Lexus. Everytime I would try to use it, there was always an excuse why I couldn't. Steer clear of service advisor Micheal Zarfeus. He's an absolute liar, had this man lie to my face on multiple occasions. I asked him initially if the prepaid maintenance plan runs concurrent with Lexus's 2 year complimentary maintenance. He told me no, that the prepaid plan begins after Lexus's 2 year complimentary maintenance. Then at my last service, I wanted things done using my prepaid maintenance plan ( ie: alignment and brakes ) He tells me to wait, that it isn't needed. So fast forward to today, and he tells me that my maintenance plan coverage period is over. He intentionally manipulated me to buy time so that my maintenance plan runs out, and that I would be forced to pay.(technically double pay when I already paid in advance) How messed up is that. I didn't get to use my maintenance plan at alI, that I paid for. I learned my lesson, and will be requesting a refund on the prepaid maintenance plan on our second Lexus. Absolutely despicable. Please do not pay for a prepaid maintenance plan! It's a scam and Lexus of Middletown will not honor it even though it was purchased through them at the time of sale. Will never have any of my vehicles serviced or repaired here ever again. PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE! Also since Lexus is basically a Toyota, Toyota will do the same services, with the same parts, at a much lower price. Don't let them trick, lie to you, or manipulate you the way they did to me! More

I never thought that I would have a pleasant experience in buying a car but this dealership was an exception. Everything was straightforward. No tricks. Of course you expext them to make profit but it was in buying a car but this dealership was an exception. Everything was straightforward. No tricks.
