Chris Andrews served as my salesman and did an excellent job explaining my options and the difference between the various trim levels of the Ford F-150. He was patient instead of pushy which I certainly app job explaining my options and the difference between the various trim levels of the Ford F-150. He was patient instead of pushy which I certainly appreciated. The next day when I noticed a scratch in the paint that we had overlooked the night before I went back to talk to Chris. He said no problem and arranged for the paint and body shop to take care of it the next day. Also in the finance department we went through a quick but efficient check out where the options were well explained. It was one of the fastest I’ve been through. More

Everything worked out as scheduled We bought a used 2017 Explorer and had running boards installed along with programming a second remote and key. The service department also retrieved the factory code for the keyless entry. Terell topped off the fuel tank when the repairs were made. Everything went very smooth including ordering the parts, scheduling, drop off, installation, adjustments and pick up. Thanks to all at Jim Hudson Ford! More
