Awesome Tean When we first arrived, no one came out to introduce him/herself. One gentleman rode past us in a golf cart; no acknowledgement. Another one walked p When we first arrived, no one came out to introduce him/herself. One gentleman rode past us in a golf cart; no acknowledgement. Another one walked past us; again, no acknowledgement. We were about to leave when Terrell Hicks came out and introduced himself. We were there roughly 20 minutes before any acknowledgement; at all. Terrell worked diligently to get me in a car of which I'm satisfied. He was professional and friendly. The gentleman who assisted with the financing (can't remember his name), was also very nice, professional and a great sense of humor. If my understanding is correct, there is no diversity among management; that's the only downside I can express. But overall, my experience with this dealership was positive. More

Best Car Shopping Experience Our family of six just wrapped up a two-month long car shopping experience at Jim Hudson Ford. We live out of town, but made the trip to Lexington to Our family of six just wrapped up a two-month long car shopping experience at Jim Hudson Ford. We live out of town, but made the trip to Lexington to shop their used car inventory. Jeff Gray and Terrell Hicks were top-notch professional salesmen who were patient enough to allow us the time we needed to test drive more than one car and time to make a solid decision. Jeff Slaven in finance was just as professional and patient with us late on a Saturday evening. We left with a good-as-new Ford Flex at a reasonable price. We are very pleased customers! More
