He also later delivered it to our front door along with all the time necessary to learn the intricacies of a Lincoln. Terrence was responsible for making the numbers work. The price of new vehicles these days! Crazy! Obviously he succeeded because I'm writing this review. We have purchased from Bozard in the past and had just ordered a new Explorer King Ranch because of supply issues. So I walked next door to the Lincoln store and the rest is history. I traded my Edge ST and purchased our first Lincoln thanks to the hard work of Chris and Terrence. It really is a fantastic dealership with a superior service department as well. Both Chris and Terrance were very professional throughout the entire decision and purchasing process and most importantly never pushy salespeople. When the car was delivered, Chris set up all the features, explained everything and synced the app to the car for us. Chris is still in contact with us to make sure everything is going well with the car. It was definitely a great experience buying our car from Bozard Lincoln St. Augustine, a highly recommended dealership & Mr. Chris Langlois.
