Sales department was great as for the service department I would give it a ZERO stars as the one star is not the true score for the service department and I’ll be honest I purchased my vehicle right off the I would give it a ZERO stars as the one star is not the true score for the service department and I’ll be honest I purchased my vehicle right off the showroom floor and I will never set foot in the service department from the way they treated my wife and daughter didn’t even listen to their concerns they had, and obviously didn’t even listen to mine as I am mechanically inclined, but I have to say Nimnicht Chevrolet service department is by far second to none as they took the time to listen to me and repair the electrical issue in a timely fashion. I would not recommend there service department to anyone. More

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with in my life. Sent 3 internet requests about a Colorado that they had coming into the dealership and got no replies about my inquires. I finally called the dealership and spoke with a salesmen named Terry. Terry told me he would do whatever he could to sell that truck to me. He lied. They were playing some weird numbers game with the sales sheet, they marked it up and the took a discount off. When I asked about internet pricing Terry told me that was the price. It was the same price they put on the sale sheet. They tried to give me less than a rough trade in price for my car, it is clean with nothing wrong with it. I asked for the below clean trade price and then they came back with the rough trade price. Terry was rude after I declined and tried to talk with him again about the car. I even reached out to the sales manager Brett and have not heard from him. Terry did not even care that I was going to write this review and I am telling all of my friends and family not to deal with this company and Terry. More
