It was a sincere pleasure to purchase a vehicle from Lexus of Glendale. I live out of state and communicated with Terri Gallon regarding my interest in a Certified Pre-Owned 2022 Lexus NX 350. She quickly responded to my communication and we were able to set an appointment. At the appointment, she was prepared, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to ensure that the sale was made. She was the best. I was able to finish up the paperwork and drove my car off the lot for the long drive home. We are very happy with our purchase, as well as the experience with Lexus of Glendale, but Terri Gallon is who really made the experience wonderful.
