Best Cars and the best DEaler I bought my Mazda CX5 Touring 2016 this week. this is the 2nd car I buy from Colonial Mazda working with Patrick Larson. Patrick is very professional I bought my Mazda CX5 Touring 2016 this week. this is the 2nd car I buy from Colonial Mazda working with Patrick Larson. Patrick Larson made the test drive and information on buying this car available in a relaxed non pressured atmosphere. His knowledge of Mazdas and letting the car sell itself during the test ride made the CX-9 our choice. We did test drive 8 different cars at 6 different deealerships. Roy and Patrick set up a nice package including trade in of our car that worked equally comparable to other dealerships without the long stress of negotiations. Jermy and Terry in the service department actually intervened in my behalf to assist in the final price. They are bothy courteous and knowledgable members of the Colonial team that go beyond simply servicing my cars. They clearly and concisely explain issues and solutions with Customer satisfaction foremost in importance. More

A concerned service dep't Terrry and Jeremy addressed my problem of a sound that was intermitant and sporadic and deciferred the problem within the brake in a timely manner as Terrry and Jeremy addressed my problem of a sound that was intermitant and sporadic and deciferred the problem within the brake in a timely manner as well as completing an oil change in a very reasonable time. Great Experience in the Service Department I originally planned to visit a few Mazda dealerships to see where I would service my 2015 Mazda 3, but after today's experience the search is over. Terry Adams was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My questions and concerns were dealt with in a professional manner. I opted to wait for my vehicle and was out in a very reasonable amount of time. More

Accomodating and curteous I have had all my scheduled service appointment with Colonial since I bought my CX-5 a year and a half ago. I'm very pleased with the service they do I have had all my scheduled service appointment with Colonial since I bought my CX-5 a year and a half ago. I'm very pleased with the service they do on my car in order to keep me safe on the road at all times. I'm always greeted with a pleasant hello and whenever I have questions they are good about explaiing in detail the problems and solutions to repairing them, I drive 31 miles one way to get there but it's well worth it. Today I was in for my free oil change. It's cetainly nice walking out without having to pay a penny! More

second Mazda purchase I had a 2010 Mazda, also purchased from Colonial Mazda-I had been thinking of trading it in but it was not a priority. I brought the old model in for I had a 2010 Mazda, also purchased from Colonial Mazda-I had been thinking of trading it in but it was not a priority. I brought the old model in for service, while I was waiting I asked about trading in, the service dept. said hang on we will get you a salesperson-then I was introduced to John McNeil. John is a wonderful person and a friendly knowledgeable salesperson and funny as heck. John gave me many options and answered all my question and made my decision very easy. I felt very happy and confident in my decision when I left the lot. John has also followed up with several calls and has made me feel like he really cared. Fred was also very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I have always enjoyed my experience with the whole staff, the service department is wonderful-Jeremy is always so friendly and helpful, and I am happy that I can continue dealing with them in the future. I will definately recommend this dealership and the Mazda car to friends and family. More

Pleasurable experience. And we loved that he was patient with someone who is not tech savvy as he helped to set up and to explain our blue tooth and gps systems. It was very easy and also quick for us to add the snow tires.
