I have really enjoyed visiting this location for several reasons. To start, I did not purchase my vehicle at this location but I wish we did. We purchased at the ALM Kia South Location Union City. Their service and sales department really needs new management because everything every-time was a headache. We finally stumbled up on the Newnan location by accident and ever since then we’ve come to this location. Terry and everyone else has been awesome. I get constant updates and text messages and they pay attention to my questions and concerns. The code is also AMAZING!!! If you live south Atlanta, this is the location to visit. Thank you kindly! I am 77 years old. Friendly, consumer oriented, taking care of my needs and concerns, checking on recalls and a complimentary car wash. Took care of business with a smile and modern, state of the art waiting area. Absolutely awful service, ever time I called I got a different answer to the problem with my car which they were in pocession of. Lied for two weeks about waiting on the part to come in and then on week different answer to the problem with my car which they were in pocession of.
