Our experience with Rickey felt like we were purchasing a car from a family friend. Rickey was very pleasant, not aggressive or annoying at all, he made the process so relaxing for me and played with my son as well. Shawn Kennedy (the money man) gave me the best deal ever! Best service ever I am so glad that I came here. I went to 3 other dealerships and was turned down and I told my side I would try 1 more time and I gave baker Nissan a I am so glad that I came here. David reaches out to me and walked me through the process of the online application and I came in on Thursday to start the process with Terry who was very helpful and hands on. The next day David and Terry were dealing with the finance department and got me approved for the exact car that I wanted. I was so happy I started crying. David and Terry are the best and they didn’t give up on me or the process and made sure I drove off the lot Friday with my car. This was my first time financing a car and they made the process very easy for me. I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know thats looking for a car. I will defiantly be getting another car here in the future. More
