GOT AN ONLINE TRADE IN VALUE OF MY CAR OF $17,XXX AND SIGN UP FOR ADDITIONAL $500 ON TRADE IN VALUE AND SALES CONSULTANT TERRY EDWARDS PROMISED ME TO GIVE ME A VERY GOOD DEAL. DROVE 6 HOURS TO BAKER NIS SIGN UP FOR ADDITIONAL $500 ON TRADE IN VALUE AND SALES CONSULTANT TERRY EDWARDS PROMISED ME TO GIVE ME A VERY GOOD DEAL. DROVE 6 HOURS TO BAKER NISSAN. THEY CHECKED MY CAR AND THE ON SITE TRADE IN VALUE WAS $10,000. I JUST GOT THIS CAR 3 WEEKS AGO AT $16990 PLUS 2 YEARS WARRANTY INSURANCE OF $16XX. AND TERRY EDWARDS SAID MY CAR IS NOT GOOD FOR TRADE IN SINCE IT HAS $3008 NEGATIVE EQUITY... SEE HOW WORSE THIS DEALER WAS. THERE ONLINE TRADE IN VALUE WAS $17XXX MADE ME DECIDE TO DRIVE 6 HOURS TO TRADE MY CAR. BUT UPON ON SITE ASSESSMENT, TRADE IN VALUE WAS ONLY $10,000... $7,000 DIFFERENCE FROM THERE ONLINE TRADE IN VALUE.... THIS WAS SUPPOST TO BE MY 10TH CAR IN 11 YEARS.... WORSE EVER DEALER I KNOW !!!!! More

I had the absolutely wonderful car buying experience with Baker Jackson Nissan. I worked with Rickey that day because Terry was already with a customer but they worked together as a team to help me select th Baker Jackson Nissan. I worked with Rickey that day because Terry was already with a customer but they worked together as a team to help me select the perfect vehicle for me and my 6 year old son. Our experience with Rickey felt like we were purchasing a car from a family friend. Rickey was very pleasant, not aggressive or annoying at all, he made the process so relaxing for me and played with my son as well. Shawn Kennedy (the money man) gave me the best deal ever! Thanks again, Shawn, you are the man!!! You guys are a great team and I could not have dreamed up a better experience at Baker Jackson Nissan. I will be referring all of my friends and family here.
