Rescued at the last minute I had just totaled my car (purchased from Darryl a year ago) and I was upside down after the insurance settled. Terrible Experience I was working with Terry Freeman from Ramey Ford Princeton and I got the impression that he was not attempting to help me. His emails were vague and I was working with Terry Freeman from Ramey Ford Princeton and I got the impression that he was not attempting to help me. His emails were vague and did not give me information so I felt he was just saying anything to just get me to go on or to do the bare minimum because I was not a perfect, ideal customer with a 800 credit score. The next morning I emailed to inform him that I was going with another dealership that felt that were more willing to help me and he replied with a very childish remark that stated: "Terry Freeman at Ramey Ford Princeton Thu, Sep 20, 11:20 AM (6 days ago) to me OK thats fine with me I was also able to get you a loan worked out this morning on a NEW car. I told you I would try to get you the most worked out I could. Sorry I didnt answer you quick enough!!! Thank you Terry Freeman Sales Manager / Special Finance He then ignored my follow-up emails where I apologized and he not responded to me at all. This is very unprofessional and clearly shows that he was not worried about losing a potential customer. I made three clear attempts to tell him I was sorry and no response. Ramey, I would make sure he doesn't interact too much with the public. I live very close and will make it clear to not work with this individual if anyone is to ask or if I hear of anyone wishing to go to this location. I have left a poor review on Cars Direct and any other site that contains Ramey Princeton information, I will do the same. I wish I did not have to give one star. More

"Easy an Exceptional!" "Very, Very Satisfying!" I give Ramey Ford a 5 star rating! Why, well I was treated awesome for one thing. I first contacted them after viewing some of their trucks they had I give Ramey Ford a 5 star rating! Why, well I was treated awesome for one thing. I first contacted them after viewing some of their trucks they had listed online. While viewing these trucks I was invited to a live chat with Venessa an then Emily. Venessa and Emily went above and beyond to answer my questions and concerns about all the vehicle's I asked about. They then transferred my information to LT Schooner in sales. He was very quick to respond an answer all my questions. An set up an appointment for me to come see him. I told him upfront my credit score wasn't the best but that I had money to put down. He assured me he could not only find the truck I wanted but promised to get my credit approved with the money I had to put down. Well LT an Matt who was my financial officer and underwriter, "did not disappoint me!" They worked the numbers over a few times got my approval and got my payments where they fit into my family's budget perfectly!! Also gave me an exceptional warranty on my truck. From there I was set down with Terry an Big Frank, they were informative about every document I signed. Made sure I understood it an what I was signing. Made it fun an totally non stressful. While all this was going on the detail crew jumped in an repolished every inch of my truck before I left there with it. An I'll say they done an excellent job!! I will be back in the future to buy a car for my wife an even possibly upgrade to another truck. This is the best vehicle buying experience I've ever had in my many year's of buying a vehicle. I wasn't pushed to buy anything I didn't want. An I was treated like I was a friend or one of the family. I would highly recommend this dealership an everyone I mentioned to my family and friends or to anyone looking to buy a new or used car or truck. I found a vehicle I am extremely pleased with my experience with Ramey Ford! I am a mother of 4 boys ranging from 17 month old twins to a 6 year old. I found a vehicle on Ramey Ford's website; called L. T. and took care of everything over the phone; and my new vehicle was delivered to my house at 10:45pm that night. I did not have to leave the house with 4 active boys. I love the new car and they took my old car with them as a trade-in. I still can't believe all of this was done from the comforts of my home. I 100% recommend this dealership! More
