His kindness is sincere and he goes above and beyond. It's not about the sale to him, it's about the relationships. I met Abraham Khalifeh for the first time and he was also a pleasure to work with. Dan, who showed me how to work my new Mini Countryman, took a lot of time and had patience with me. I even came back the next day and he sat with me for 20 minutes to answer all my questions. There is always paperwork to fill out and Michelle in the finance office was funny and personable and it made the whole experience easy. 5 Stars!! More

Called my great salesman Terry Glattman and asked for help,he directed me immediately to Joe in the service department where I was told I could drive the short distance in my car since I had run flats.. they took me right away , replaced the tire and even found time to do a small upcoming service so in about 1 1/4 hrs I was done and on my way very happy and everything was accomplished !!! More
