MINI needs employees like him. I'm so happy to have met and interacted with a guy like him that takes the time to listen and resolve my motoring issues with my JCW. I can guarantee anyone coming to him that their problems and issues will be resolved and handled! I love doing business with him. He's not only a service manager. He treats me like a family member. Pavel Pichardo (Appointment Coordinator) is also a new gem at Prestige MINI. He has been a great help as well. He is always attentive to needs I express to him, very friendly and knowledgeable about these cars. Mike Tornatore in the Finance depatment is true asset to Prestige MINI. Terry Glattman, i have known for years. He sold me my JCW in 2009. He's been a real family member ever since. I'm so happy to have met them. They get the job done right! More

I bought a 2013 Mini Coupe S. Terry Glattman was excellent from the beginning.I got an email quote from him and it was the best in the tristate. I have spoken with Terry Glattman quite extensively for two to three weeks since I live in South New Jersey and I had two vehicles to trade in for a 2012 Countryman S. One of the vehicles was also a Mini two to three weeks since I live in South New Jersey and I had two vehicles to trade in for a 2012 Countryman S. One of the vehicles was also a Mini Cooper S which I bought from Prestige Mini. Not only was Terry instrumental in guiding me in the building process of the Countryman S but he also was instrumental in pretty much sealing the deal over the phone. All I had to do is basically drive up with the two trade in vehicles, sign the paperwork with Angela Becerra who was a pleasure to work with since she is very efficient and didn't pressure me into purchasing anything that I didn't need and ultimately driving away in a brand new 2012 Countryman S. The whole process was pleasant and extremely easy. Not only did I get a new vehicle that I love but I feel that I have also gained a friend in Terry Glattman, a great Mini motoring adviser and an incredible person. More

First of all, 5 stars is not enough for Terry or Prestige Mini. My wife purchased her car from this fine dealer well over a year ago. Funny thing is, I just purchased another make because of silly reas Mini. My wife purchased her car from this fine dealer well over a year ago. Funny thing is, I just purchased another make because of silly reasons and boy do I have buyers remorse. What brings me to this site a year later, is the fact that this dealer, Terry and the car itself have raised the bar so far up that it's unimaginable to get the quality of service, salesmanship, treatment, pricing, reliability and much more from anywhere else. I've spoken to Terry 4 times during our ownership of our Mini, the first call was a follow up to make sure everything was going smoothly with us getting aquainted with the car and if we had any questions and was ever so kind. Second call was a few months later, again, another follow up and to wish us a happy holiday. The following calls we placed because we felt he was part of the family already and he is always so glad we call and makes us feel he and the dealer are always there for us. I know this is getting long. But let me assure you, after shopping around for a car to replace my own car and not my wife's mini of course, the quality of service provided by other dealers does not come close at all to that you will get from Prestige and Terry. You will be treated like you matter then and after and not like a sales quota target. If you're reading this and you're shopping for a Mini whether it be used or new, do yourself a favor, travel down from Canada if you have to and visit Prestige and get yourself your first or next Mini from them. You won't regret it. I know it sounds like a sales pitch, but it's not. If you look around, we're always quick to sound off on complaining but at times not so fast on praising a business for going that extra mile. It took me and my wife a year unfortunately to not realize but to say to ourselves what can we give back to Prestige, Terry and Mini because of what they have done for us, and hopefully this review will help. Hope this helps you make a decision! More
