From our first touch point on the phone to when we signed on the dotted line for our 2021 Mini, Terry was not only a consummate professional, but he was also a consummate gentleman in every way…a few words to describe our impressions of Terry…laid back, funny, honest, authentic, acutely knowledgeable, patient, understanding…when you have that kind of experience, you leave feeling like you were treated like a human being and not a commercial target…that’s how you build relationships and brand loyalty and Terry is an exemplar.Thaks again Terry!
