Every time I bring a vehicle in for a oil change and rotate the tires, I tell the service people when I make the appointment and the day of my appointment that I have a service package that covers the o rotate the tires, I tell the service people when I make the appointment and the day of my appointment that I have a service package that covers the oil change and tire rotation. Every xxxx time when I go to the cashier I am being charged for the oil change and tire rotation!!!! Apparently your service people DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT A SERVICE PACKAGE COVERS, such as oil change and tire rotation… I wish I would have never bought a vehicle from Greg Lair. The service dept SUCKS….. More

I made 3 trips in one day to get my car fixed. I got my oil changed, tires rotated, and was told I had to submit pictures in order to get my windshield chips fixed. Next I was told to come back th I got my oil changed, tires rotated, and was told I had to submit pictures in order to get my windshield chips fixed. Next I was told to come back there because they had to take the pictures. I noticed after I had driven home again that my tire pressure was not showing up. I went back for a third time to get those reprogrammed. It was ridiculous and unprofessional. More
