Just went in for an oil change and possible tire rotation. Terry looked up the last time I rotated the tires and noticed that I bought the tires at the dealership 18 months ago or so. He said the tire rotation was free because I bought the tires there and though I was a couple of huindred miles short of the time to rotate the tires, he had it done for me at no cost on this visit. Terry was great and very friendly. So, too, was the cashier who stamped my oil change card and took the time to remind me that the next oil change would be free. I have been very happy with all of the service I have had a Rudy Luther Toyota. More

Terry has always been available for questions and explanations - great communication skills. The cashiers are great also- very friendly, patient and efficient. The only recommendation is to have explanations - great communication skills. The cashiers are great also- very friendly, patient and efficient. Was scheduled with Jeremy but Terry helped me. Came in for an oil change & car was making noise, something was loose underneath. They checked the problem and quoted me a price. Since it was related to the for an oil change & car was making noise, something was loose underneath. They checked the problem and quoted me a price. Since it was related to the fuel tank I had to have the work done. When vehicle was done, the price was lower than quoted even with the oil change. Very happy with the service here, everyone is very pleasant. Great job as always! More

My first contact with RL Toyota was with salesperson, Nettie Jubie who I cannot say enough GOOD. She was professional in all aspects of the purchase of our new vehicle. Terry was very thorough during the intake, looked up what was covered on warranty and gave me an estimate on some additional work that needed to be done after the diagnostics were done. Terry has been my service provider before and I have always found him knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Also, I find your entire service staff friendly and helpful right down to the cashier. Brought my 2005 Prius in for 90k checkup and service. Was told it would take about 1.5 hous plus recall work .75 hour. I waited more than 3 hours, no one explained what was taking so long or updated me Was told it would take about 1.5 hous plus recall work .75 hour. I waited more than 3 hours, no one explained what was taking so long or updated me on anything. Finally walked around and found my car in the parking lot. I don;t know how long it had been there. Talked to the casheir and she said "just finished, completing paperworrk". About 5 minutes later person went over paperwork and she said "of course you know about the water pump" I had no idea what she was talking about, no one talked to me about a a water pump or anything else for that matter. I don't think any work was done on the pump. She told me it was leaking. She also said the reason it took longer was there was an alignment needed (up to now no one mentioned that either). Still need water pump fixed. 2 1/4 hours estimate time turned int 3 1/2 and all the work was not done. Not informed of anything until I initiated conversations and getting ready to pay. More

Wonderful Service Department...They keep you up to date on your recommended services and have helped with keeping my car running at 232,000 miles. They don't try to talk you into services you really don't on your recommended services and have helped with keeping my car running at 232,000 miles.
