I have had my car in there 3 times in the last 2 months. Still not fixed, and I have had to pay $300.00 for nothing. I am having to drive my car with the Sam problems, and I am afraid to drive it. They went above and beyond to get the vehicle in for service when i didn't have a scheduled appointment. Was somewhat disappointed when the low tire indicator came on the next day. Tire pressures did no service when i didn't have a scheduled appointment. Was somewhat disappointed when the low tire indicator came on the next day. Tire pressures did not get readusted when rotatation was done. Front and rear tires have different inflation specs. More

The work done on our vehicle was done correctly, unfortunately, it took way too long to do the job. After making an appointment one month in advance, and dropping off the car early in the morning, unfortunately, it took way too long to do the job. After making an appointment one month in advance, and dropping off the car early in the morning, it should not have taken just over two weeks to change front 2 struts and do a transmission flush. I felt like I was being lied to about the status of our vehicle and reason it was taking so long.These parts should be commonly stocked at any reasonable dealerships parts department. Also, this repair was done way before the UAW strike, so there should be no supply chain issue excuses. I’m assuming our repair was kind of put on the back burner because it was warranty work and not full retail price work. I was communicating with a representative from the dealership, asking why it took so long to complete the work and that person said they would get back to me with the reason and they never did any follow up with me. For these reasons, I’m honestly not sure I would recommend the dealership to my friends. More
