I was closing out my lease and opening a new lease for my father who is retiring. Closing my lease was painless (no surprises fees and no pressure to open another lease) and she helped me communicate with the bank to ensure that all things were cleared on that end and that I wouldn’t find any surprise bills in the future. She also took great care of my father and got him into an affordable lease to match his budgetary needs. He couldn’t be happier with his new 2018 Nissan Rogue and the great deal. He wasn’t oversold and he got everything he needed to match his driving style. Through it all, Terry was kind, patient, provided us with numerous options, answered all our questions, and made sure that all our needs were met.
