I had one brief meeting with her, told her what I wanted, and she found it in minutes and offered me the best deal possible. Over the next week, she handled all of the paperwork, insurance, registration, etc. and I walked in to return my car and drive away with my new one in less than an hour. From the sales people to the service people, I can honestly say that the experience has always been great. I want to particularly give a shout-out to Atnan Guze. He is always concerned that whatever service issue is involved is handled correctly and he clearly explains what is needed and what is optional. He is equally friendly whether I drop off the car at 7:30 AM or 4:30 PM. I recently had a couple of problems with my 2007 Maxima that were kind of expensive to repair and when he called to explain them to me he sounded really sad that he had to give me this news. I always call ahead of time when I am planning to drop off any of my cars to make sure Atnan will be there that day. More
