We weren't ready to buy at the moment, when Terry McDowell walked up and did something after buying dozens of cars and trucks we never expected or that had never happen before. Terry said it didn't matter if we weren't buying at all, that he was there to answer any questions we had and did. He proceeded to talk to me while my wife went looking. Terry was very helpful to us even knowing we would leave without a car. He help me look on internet to see what we were looking for and how we could choose anything possible and made me very confidant he would be able to find it if it wasn't on the lot.
