He wasn’t overbearing and listened to our concerns. I initially showed up for a used vehicle because I did not want the troubles of a new car, I also did not think I could afford a new car. Of course dealerships have their 0 interest for however many months and Terry told me about this. My main concern with used cars is mileage and how previous owners treated the vehicle. I decided on a new 2017 Ford Focus SEL. I test drove it and quickly realized it’s exactly what I was looking for. Something fuel efficient and nothing over priced. The time I spent here which includes test driving and driving away was about 2 hours. Everything moved fairly quickly. There were no surprises or gimmicks involved. Terry was honest with me from the beginning and everything went as expected and very smoothly. I knew what I wanted, and Terry was very informed and assisted in every way he could. Im going to send my friends to Terry and if we are still living in the area, I’ll be back for my next vehicle. More

Sons Truck We were looking for a low cost truck for my sons first truck. Terry with the sales department helped us to find one and made sure we were happy with We were looking for a low cost truck for my sons first truck. Terry with the sales department helped us to find one and made sure we were happy with it. The finance department did a good job of matching what our credit unions offer was. The truck had some issues that needed to be fixed of which Gaudin helped with as we did buy the truck as is but they were willing to work some merging out to get it fixed. This was a good experience for me and my boy. More
