She never pressured me to settle for something else and kept searching for over ten days for the Bronco I wanted. I bragged on Lori to my husband, and drove over from Arkansas to meet her and talk about the Ford truck he wanted to buy in the future. I felt completely at ease with Lori and felt like I’ve known her for years. From the first moments I met her I knew I was in the right place and would stick with her to find exactly the Bronco I wanted. She explained the different features and didn’t try to persuade me one way or the other. She helped me decide without sales pressure which I appreciated so much! Her personality is an asset to your dealership and she is an ALL STAR in the new vehicle business. She kept in touch even after hours and on her days off. When I learned they did not have the exact model I wanted, Josee and Terry Mills, the Sales Manager, went above and beyond to locate it for me. They found the perfect match: the right color, the right model, and the 5th wheel upgrade I needed. It was like finding a needle in a haystack, but they made it happen. When I arrived a week later to pick up my truck, Josee wasn’t available that day, but Austin Anderson stepped in and provided the same outstanding care and expertise. He answered all my technical questions about the truck after I had driven it home. He even sent me a short video to explain.
