Most of the negotiation was done on the internet! At the dealer ship when we arrived to get our car the reciption was great ! Our car was ready to go! We met with the finance manager for all the paperwork! He was great and very knowledgeable! We had our own fianancing at 2.9 but he beat that and got us 2.4! Can't beat that!! Our salesman was great ! He handled all the negotiations and got us what we wanted ! Couldn't have been a better experience! More

Toyota of Rockwall is different for the normal new car dealer. I was dreading the thought of purchasing a new car for I hate the NORMAL run-around and hassle that you normally receive from most dealers. We knew the car that we wanted and all we were really interested in was the availability of a Prius and the bottom price that they offered. With in 5 minutes they gave us a great price on the Prius and we were out the door with a new car in about an hour. No fuss, no hassle, just a great experience. Highly recommend Toyota of Rockwall. FYI -- We also have our Tundra serviced here. More
