My experience with Cassie and Lexus of Cleveland was nothing short of amazing and professional. They did all the right things for me and my 2003 SC430. I arrived as an unhappy customer from another company and Dan stayed very coll and calm even though he could tell I was very upset over the problem I was having and asking their service dept. to rectify, which they did.
