Though I use the car for everyday use, I mainly went with the Lexus because of the luxury and the comfortable riding experience when traveling. The people at Metro Lexus treat you like family. You can't just stand around without someone asking you if you need help or offering you something to drink. The service is outstanding. If you wait for your car, they have a comfortable lounging area with coffee, tea, and fresh baked goods. If you need a loaner, there's no problem, and you get another new car to drive until yours is ready. After your purchase your always treated the same. They are there if you need them. More

She listened to my needs and concerns and we were able to come to an agreement on the vehicle I wanted and price. The most exciting thing for me was the reveal of the car. My husband hadn’t seen it yet. She took us into the show room and had it covered in a red cloth and revealed the car. It was so special and brought me to tears. They will forever have my Lexus business going forward, and with as much as I love my car... I can’t see owning anything else.
