I currently live in Akron, Ohio with my husband. Together, we have 7 children, 2 dogs and a cat! I have been in the car industry for 25 years, 11 of those at Metro Lexus. I love what I do. I purchased my second Lexus from Metro Lexus prior to my employment and was so wow'd by the dealership and my experience, that I knew that this was the place for me! ...driving my fifth Lexus now. Purchasing a new or pre owned vehicle does not have to be a bad experience…You deserve to be treated special too!

Having owned several Toyota vehicles, including a Venza for the past 10 years, I decided to take the plunge and test drive the all new UX250h. Wow, am I glad that I did. Terry Ramey was a true partner in taking the journey with me until I drove away in my stunning new car. She was easy to work with, fair in pricing, and went above and beyond to get me the exterior/interior color combination that I wanted. The delivery experience was over the top and something I will never forget. Thank you Terry! And also Joanie Latessa for quick processing of paperwork, and Yasmeen Jaffal for taking the time to show me how to use each feature of the car and program my settings before I left to show off my car to family and friends. I recommend and would buy from Metro Lexus again. More
