Amazing experience Terry was out of this world amazing. She made me so excited for my new car, with absolutely no pressure! The only problem that i experienced was that the reception was rude. She starred at my friend and I to the extent that my friend had to ask her if she was doing ok. We can in to purchase a car and were met with rude attention. The purchase process took three hours, which is reasonable, and during that time we explored the cars on the floor. We were followed the entire time by said receptionist. Terry’s exceptional service really made the appointment great. More

I called her, told her what had happened, what I was looking for and she went from there. She listened to what I wanted in a car. She understood how important safety was to me and was there every step of the way. She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. It was first class all the way. I wouldn't want to go to anyone else for my next car. Terry and the the metro Lexus family had me back on the road in no time. Terry even made it extra special for me with a big car reveal.
