I asked a lot of questions and she never made me feel stupid for asking either. She was kind, polite, and was transparent with me and gave me honest advice which made me feel so comfortable and actually solidified my decision to buy a brand new 2024 Lexus! I was close to buying a new car before a couple of years ago, but I had a horrible experience and didn’t end up doing it. This time was completely the opposite. I cannot recommend Terry enough.
