Terry wants to sell cars!! Terry called me minutes after I sent an email via the online web site. It was already after 5 pm on a tues, he didn’t waste my time with a sales pitch Terry called me minutes after I sent an email via the online web site. It was already after 5 pm on a tues, he didn’t waste my time with a sales pitch, just found out what car I needed(hard to find white with beige interior limited palisade AWD) and said he’d call me back ASAP but did apologize ahead of time in case it was the next day before he had information. I wasn’t expecting any news that quick but he called by the end of the day and had found the car! He still needed to see if a trade between dealers could be worked out and would need to call me the next day. Wednesday he called me and said they’d been able to get the car for me and then a little later that day he called to say a driver was on the way to get the car and we could pick it up Thursday!! In less then an hour he found the car, in less then 24 hours he had a driver going to pick it up,in 48 hours we were driving the car off the lot! Like I said. Terry wants to sell cars! He doesn’t waste time with a lot of sales talk, instead he goes into action! Thank you Terry for wanting to sell cars and doing it professionally! Sincerely,Mike and Cheryl More

The staff is very friendly and I would most definitely recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a brand new Hyundai. We dealt with Terry Coggins and he was very approachable, knowledgeable, and above all, patient. We had so many questions and nothing phased this gentleman. I leased a car and I felt terribly pressed to purchase different type of warran Terry Coggins salesman was very good. Tabitha in finance was terrible! I leased a car and I felt terribly pressed to purchase different type of warranties! She sat w me for o Er an hour pressing me! When I went back a few months later to purchase the leased vehicle she was worse! Pressing me for costly extended warranties I did not want! When I told her I’m not interested she kept asking why? Kept saying “. What r u going to do if something happens” I would say that it’ll b my problem, then she would start all over w extended warranty info and ask why u don’t want it! When I left her office after I told her no 100 times, she still put it in my final paperwork! I went back immediately and asked her to please remove it, I told her I didn’t want it, she didn’t want to remove it and said I had to purchase it because Crestmont paid Huntington bank 450. To get me lower rate she said in order for me to get lower rate it was mandatory I buy extended warranties. One was 1900. Other was 900. After wasting whole day she finally took off monies she said was mandatory I had to buy n I kept lower rate! She said my lease was paid off n the car was a purchase. I’m praying that is true. I looked at my lease info online and it looks like there’s a leftover balance? I feel the deal was done under handed and I was corrected into something I didn’t want. I will NEVER use Crestmont Hyandai and I will NEVER recommend! Btw the Manager never introduced himself and NEVER offered to assist with Tabitha being a pushy bully ! I felt so disgusted when I left dealership. More
