My salesmen was great and the financial guy was great but the manager low balled my trade in luckily my salesmen fought and got it closer to what I was expecting but a little low. This was my first experience buying a car by not being there in-person, as I live in Ohio. And I must say, I had a great car buying experience with Thankful as my Sales Consultant! She was very responsive, knowledgeable and so patient with me as we communicated primarily via email - and I had many questions :-). Finance was also a breeze with Bryan as the Finance Manager. Again, I had many questions and he was very knowledgeable and easily explained everything. I apologize, I cannot remember the man/woman's names who delivered our new car, but he kept in constant contact with me throughout his delivery/trip. I would definitely consider purchasing a future Toyota from Ed Martin Toyota and/or recommending friends or family to do the same! More
