Thankful was extremely professional helping me trade in my paid off crv for a "new" used vehicle. I was able to view the vehicle I was interested in, including the interior, despite it being lowered on a l my paid off crv for a "new" used vehicle. When the mechanics on site decided to do some extra preventative maintenance on the car, Thankful was able to place a hold it, ensuring it would still be mine. I was also able to leave the CRV on their lot, even prior to the deal being fully completed, which was a sticking point for me as someone who was nervous my own car would somehow get damaged between trading it in and receiving my new vehicle if I kept driving it around. Additionally, Thankful was at no point pushing me into getting more car than I wanted or upgrades I was disinterested in, and the finance team equally didn't push me into expensive warranty options for a used vehicle. Can't overstate how positive this experience was, especially to my previous experiences with Bob Rohrman. If you find yourself at Ed Martin Toyota, ask for Thankful! More

We have been customers of Ed Martin Nissan and Toyota for over twenty years. Accordingly, when we made the decision to replace my wife's 10-year old Highlander, we chose Ed Martin Toyota. Our sales lady was over twenty years. Accordingly, when we made the decision to replace my wife's 10-year old Highlander, we chose Ed Martin Toyota. Our sales lady was a pleasure to work with to order the specific model, trim, and options my wife wanted and knowing the total costs up front. When we went to the dealership to pick up the vehicle, it was delivered in superb condition. We took the vehicle for a test drive and our sales lady went over many of the features, including connecting our cell phones. The only part of the process we didn't enjoy was having to sit through an extended sales session in the Finance Office in an effort to sell us an extended warranty, i.e., a service contract. After a while, I simple advised, "we are not interested at this time, we just want to finish the paper work and be on our way." Also, when we advised we were not financing, but would bring them a Cashiers Check, we were asked if there was a lien on the check." We thought that was rude. Overall, we had a relative enjoyable experience ordering and purchasing our new Highlander Hybrid mainly because of our sales lady. Our other vehicle is a 7-year old Highlander, so when we decide to replace it we will not hesitate to use Ed Martin Toyota again. More
