This dealership was not honest I ended up paying 4k over sticker price because they added on extra stuff like theft monitoring roof rack which I Didn't need they gave me full blue book for my trade in but a sticker price because they added on extra stuff like theft monitoring roof rack which I Didn't need they gave me full blue book for my trade in but all of that equity was lost when they added on all the extra stuff that was not part of the sticker price and not what I asked for More

I had the best experience buying a car from Gosch. I knew I wanted a Kona EV. Unfortunately for me the state I live in does not sell Electric Vehicles. The closest state that does is California. I starte I wanted a Kona EV. Unfortunately for me the state I live in does not sell Electric Vehicles. The closest state that does is California. I started looking online and made calls to several dealerships. I spoke with several different salespeople at a number of dealerships and boy was it frustrating. The prices were crazy! I knew I would have to travel to pick up my EV…..I found the exact one that had everything I wanted and booked a flight for Friday. I called the dealership and it was a horrible experience so I cancelled my flight and decided I would wait a few more months to get a car. Friday afternoon I got a text from Tracey at Gosch and she was super helpful....very insightful and a breath of fresh air after all of the other sales reps I talked to. She answered all of my questions....answered questions I didn't even know I had and just gave tons of info. Because of her I rebooked a flight for Saturday morning and the rest is history (they even picked me up from the airport!!) Everyone at the dealership gave me excellent service (thank you Theo!). I highly recommend and I know they will take good care of you. More
