This service was much different from the first time it was in where I was very pleased. Treated more like a bother than I valued customer . Especially irritated by the woman working there that day who wa was in where I was very pleased. Treated more like a bother than I valued customer . Especially irritated by the woman working there that day who was much more interested in flirting with the male workers rather than professionally working with customers. She was very short and rude to a young couple who came in while I was waiting for my car . Not impressed at all . Much improvement needed. I’m pretty certain the manager was in his office attached to the lobby . I guess he didn’t have a problem with the way the department was run . Won’t be buying another Hyundai . I’m going back to Toyota . More

Everything was great except for the cleanliness of the vehicle I purchased. When I got home and inspected it closer I was surprised and disappointed by the amount of built up dirt that had been left on th vehicle I purchased. It's one of the reasons I initially had reservations about buying a vehicle with a black exterior. I'm concerned that by not getting a thorough wash and detail before I noticed the issue it could lead to problems with the quality of the exterior down the road. A professional detailing is not an expense I thought I'd have to consider this early in the process. More
