We purchased, for the 3rd time in 2 years, from Leif Johnson Ford over the 2023 Thanksgiving holiday (& we've sold or traded them 5 cars). The most amazing thing that has stood out to me in these transactions is the degree of teamwork and customer orientation EVERYONE exhibits. Thomas Bobb & Thomas Almaraz (sales), Wesley Staton (accessories), and Gordon Lambert (new sales mgr) worked together to get us EXACTLY what we wanted. Yes, we shopped with other dealers and besides the great deal LJF offered us, it is the INTEGRITY, TEAMWORK, and CUSTOMER SERVICE that makes them shine above the rest. Gordon and Wesley were especially awesome and resourceful in getting us what we wanted and fast...truly impressive and I'm very thankful for the quick turnaround! A special thank you to my salesmen for hustling to get the vehicle we wanted on-site. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Thanks, guys! More

We just took delivery of our 24 Ford Maverick Lariat Hybrid in Terrain. From order to delivery was 430 days. They also honored the Farm Bureau and Ford private offers making the purchase must less costly. A special shout out to Amanda VanZandt, Andy McCreadie and Thomas Almaraz for a great ordering, purchasing and delivery experience. Very pleased with the new Maverick. This was my second purchase from Leif Johnson Ford and they come highly recommended! More

All the employees @ Leif Ford helped me afford & obtain my new Lightning F-150. A recall on the one I ordered wasn't yet corrected & they found another truck & picked it up for me. The 1.9% financing Ford my new Lightning F-150. A recall on the one I ordered wasn't yet corrected & they found another truck & picked it up for me. The 1.9% financing Ford promised & I wanted, expired a few days before my truck was available. They knocked an extra $1K off to help me. I met w/ four different employees who all gave me much-needed additional information. They explained the rebates available, even one we didn't know about, for another $2.5K in savings. It is a Great dealership & my salesman, Thomas Almarez, was very helpful all the way along. Thank You, Leif Ford!!!! More

Thomas was great. Problem with Leif Johnson is that I was sold a service package that included mobile app service scheduling. I received email confirmation from Leif Johnson my appointment was set. When i showed up to get the Bronco checked out (various manufacturing problems, extra bags sold at checkout for a top the bronco didn't actually come with and to schedule tinting already paid for) - I was told by service department that they don't actually use the Ford app and they did not receive any info I had noted in the app! I was SOLD this feature. Now I have to work with them to get a refund and post this around the internet in the Bronco groups so others don't get lied to or taken advantage of. The sales experience was great but the fact that leif sells a ford service that doesn't work is super irritating. it's more evidence that the 'local dealership' experience is a fictitious dinosaur of a model and has a zero value-add to the customer if they can't follow through supporting ford's app as a service endpoint. Not worth it. Should have gone with a Tesla. This experience has informed my decision to find another dealership for fleet purchases for my small business. Service scheduling precision is a priority. Again, Thomas was awesome. Shame on the dealership for selling me a service plan that doesn't actually work. More

My Mom and I were so blessed to have Thomas help us get me my first vehicle. Looked at the main website prior to arriving at the dealership and mentally chose Thomas. Once we got there we were glad to see me my first vehicle. Looked at the main website prior to arriving at the dealership and mentally chose Thomas. Once we got there we were glad to see that he was going to help us. The whole process was very smooth and went way better than expected. Even helped my Mom with her trade in at the same time. Never pressured us into anything and can definitely say at the end of it all it was like we were family! Thanks again Thomas for everything! More
