I was three hours from home, without my husband, and emotionally unraveling while trying to figure out what to do. As I stood next to my broken-down SUV, gathering my things for the rental car, I was approached by the service manager, John Teller. He didn’t start by talking about the car—he focused on me. His kindness and empathy in that moment meant more than I can say. While talking with the rental agent, Daniel, I mentioned my interest in Broncos. Not only did he put me in a Bronco as my rental, but he took the time to walk me through all the features and how to use them. That’s when I met Thomas Almaraz from sales.
