Vehicle was delivered less than clean inside and out. Water stained exterior, dust and other filth interior. Detailed myself. Oil was not changed, will incur that cost as well. People were nice however promises not kept. I waited too long for paperwork to remain at dealership any longer as I had other appointments to keep, otherwise I would have insisted these issues be addressed. I deserve better for $27K. More
