I STARTED AS A SERVICE PORTER, MOVED TO DETAIL FOR 1YEAR BECAME A DETAIL MANAGER, WAS A DETAIL MANAGER FOR 7YEARS, MOVED TO SALES DID CAR SALES FOR 6 YEARS DID FLOOR SALES AND INTERNET MANAGER.I HAVE TRAINING FROM DISNEY, RITZ-CARLTON,AND BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY. I STARTED IN SERVICE IN JULY/ 2019 AFTER A FEW YEARS OUT OF THE CAR BUSINESS. I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL SON THAT IS MY WHOLE WORLD. Told service writer problem about brake switch, don’t fix brake light it stay on last night and had to hit brake pedal a number of time and brake lights finally went off. Went for an oil change and added recommended services. When I went to picked up my car at the end of the day, The added services were not completed. Then I was told that I can come back again to do the se When I went to picked up my car at the end of the day, The added services were not completed. Then I was told that I can come back again to do the services. Therefore my car was in the service department for 8 hours without a complete service and now I have to return again. I don’t know what kind of service that will be considered. What do you think? More
