Other hobbies are fishing, hunting and spending time just enjoying nature. Steve has a few rules that he thinks everyone should live by, 1. Treat everyone with Dignity, Honor and Respect. 2. Always be True to your word. Once you loose it, it's gone. 3. Lastly and most important, women are always right and men are always wrong and when you here the phrase ( I'm Fine ) I assure you it's the calm before the storm. Steve has had over 20 years in the Service Writer Industry and knows how to deliver excellent Customer Service.

I came for an oil change and felt that I was being upsold at every turn. I also felt the services were very overpriced. I was told I needed an alignment when the car was not even on the rack. I was told I ne at every turn. I also felt the services were very overpriced. I was told I needed an alignment when the car was not even on the rack. I was told I needed an 800 dollar part to be fixed before a diagnostics computer was even put on my car. The part that needs to be replaced is 200 dollars and so apparently it was 600 dollars in labor when I was told this is something the technicians replace all the time and can do quickly. I felt that the recommended services were an absolute rip off and were extremely overpriced. Then I was told my total recommended services was over 2000 dollars but I could consider trading my car in and the service wouldn’t be deducted from my trade in value, I felt this was a ruse to get me to purchase a new vehicle. I felt the whole experience was really predatory, if not wasn’t for the free oil changes I would never step foot in this service department again. It also took 3 hours to get an oil change, no one would answer the text or call line I was given for updates. On top of it all the service tech Steve was very condescending towards me and treated me like I was stupid, he was very condescending when I told him I did not plan to have these services done today, but did not speak to my husband this way, so as a woman I felt this was very sexist. Overall a terrible experience. More
