I HAVE BEEN IN THE CAR BUSINESS FOR OVER 15 YRS. I STARTED AS A SERVICE PORTER, MOVED TO DETAIL FOR 1YEAR BECAME A DETAIL MANAGER, WAS A DETAIL MANAGER FOR 7YEARS, MOVED TO SALES DID CAR SALES FOR 6 YEARS DID FLOOR SALES AND INTERNET MANAGER.I HAVE TRAINING FROM DISNEY, RITZ-CARLTON,AND BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY. I STARTED IN SERVICE IN JULY/ 2019 AFTER A FEW YEARS OUT OF THE CAR BUSINESS. I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL SON THAT IS MY WHOLE WORLD. I ENJOY THE OUT DOORS, FISHING, 4 WHEELERS, COOKOUTS, BEACH AND POOL DAYS, AND BEING WITH LOVED ONES. I WAS BORN IN LEXINGTON, KY BUT HAVE LIVED IN VARIOUS PARTS OF FLORIDA SINCE I WAS 6 YRS OLD

I received a call back from Thomas Clark,service advisor, this morning. He left a message that I could bring my car in to have the part replaced. When I attempted to return his call to confirm , each number I dialed , I got a message that this was not a working number. Please let Thomas Clark know I received his message and will be in this afternoon between 3:00 and 4:00 today (Wednesday June 9th) to have the sun visor replaced.
