I HAVE BEEN IN THE CAR BUSINESS FOR OVER 15 YRS. I STARTED AS A SERVICE PORTER, MOVED TO DETAIL FOR 1YEAR BECAME A DETAIL MANAGER, WAS A DETAIL MANAGER FOR 7YEARS, MOVED TO SALES DID CAR SALES FOR 6 YEARS DID FLOOR SALES AND INTERNET MANAGER.I HAVE TRAINING FROM DISNEY, RITZ-CARLTON,AND BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY. I STARTED IN SERVICE IN JULY/ 2019 AFTER A FEW YEARS OUT OF THE CAR BUSINESS. I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL SON THAT IS MY WHOLE WORLD. I ENJOY THE OUT DOORS, FISHING, 4 WHEELERS, COOKOUTS, BEACH AND POOL DAYS, AND BEING WITH LOVED ONES. I WAS BORN IN LEXINGTON, KY BUT HAVE LIVED IN VARIOUS PARTS OF FLORIDA SINCE I WAS 6 YRS OLD

The service reps are kind and efficient. They respect your time. The work was done in the estimated amount of time. Very hard sell. Rude. Incorrect information on paperwork-recommendations stated that were made which were not. My brakes were checked at my last service-at my request. I was told they were fine. Terrible communication. Left my car on empty while test driving around to not fix anything. Flat tire on rental vehicle. Video evidence isnt enough to prove mechanical failure.
