I STARTED AS A SERVICE PORTER, MOVED TO DETAIL FOR 1YEAR BECAME A DETAIL MANAGER, WAS A DETAIL MANAGER FOR 7YEARS, MOVED TO SALES DID CAR SALES FOR 6 YEARS DID FLOOR SALES AND INTERNET MANAGER.I HAVE TRAINING FROM DISNEY, RITZ-CARLTON,AND BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY. I STARTED IN SERVICE IN JULY/ 2019 AFTER A FEW YEARS OUT OF THE CAR BUSINESS. I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL SON THAT IS MY WHOLE WORLD. I did brag about Toyota for the first couple of years from when I got my car in 2016. I noticed that I was treated differently after the first couple of times from going there. I assumed because the car from when I got my car in 2016. I noticed that I was treated differently after the first couple of times from going there. I assumed because the car was purchased outright with no payments. The car wash and vacuuming after my 6 month check up seemed to get half assed done. Then one of the times the guy charged me when I was told it would always be complimentary everytime I got my car serviced. I watched him put the money in his pocket. I even asked if I should pay inside although I'd never been charged before. He said no and that he will take it in as I was leaving. I heard since then that the guy was not supposed to charge me. Then I had an appointment at Toyota recently that someone forgot to put in the computer. After going there and waiting in line at the service department, I had to reschedule because they couldn't find where I was supposed to have the appointment. I've gone back since then to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I was given a one time car wash voucher to use another time because the car wash wasn't working supposedly. I don't know who to trust there now. I have a new guy in the service department now. Hopefully things will get better. More

My service advisor today was Thomas Clark. I would like to give him the best rating possible, as he took perfectly good care of my needs and was courteous and kind. was very disappointed I brought the 2015 Prius for a safety recall they said to my wife it needed tires no offer of putting the spare on just told it tires not that she had a tire separated in which she safety recall they said to my wife it needed tires no offer of putting the spare on just told it tires not that she had a tire separated in which she made it 15 miles of 30 miles to our house! Called me to come get her she was afraid to drive it home. I drove it home and found to sensor lites came on I put the spare on and got new tires and lites didn’t go out so I brought it back to Toyota and they informed me I would have to pay $400 for them to fix it. Because the tire separation was the cause not your service dept. as they gave me the paperwork from the last visit I say xxxxxxxxx. Thanks for nothing More
