I STARTED AS A SERVICE PORTER, MOVED TO DETAIL FOR 1YEAR BECAME A DETAIL MANAGER, WAS A DETAIL MANAGER FOR 7YEARS, MOVED TO SALES DID CAR SALES FOR 6 YEARS DID FLOOR SALES AND INTERNET MANAGER.I HAVE TRAINING FROM DISNEY, RITZ-CARLTON,AND BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY. I STARTED IN SERVICE IN JULY/ 2019 AFTER A FEW YEARS OUT OF THE CAR BUSINESS. I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL SON THAT IS MY WHOLE WORLD. Without an appointment (sorry about that) I had to go in because of a problem with my beloved Rav4. Thomas was the service rep. He was so understanding and helpful. As In the past year, Karen helped me out and explained to me what was needed in the service record. She is always Courteous,Professional And thorough. I never get to see the mechanics that work on my car, bu me what was needed in the service record. She is always Courteous,Professional And thorough. Over all experience was good, however the service department needs an IT person to come in and verify / correct all the contact information. Business cards say one thing and actual experience says s department needs an IT person to come in and verify / correct all the contact information. Business cards say one thing and actual experience says something else. Service techs couldn’t call out, needs to be fixed ASAP especially with what going on. Shuttle service was excellent, Denis was very efficient and great conversation. More

Service was fast! Clean! I would never take my vehicle to another dealership for service again! They have a shuttle that can take you up to the mall to get some food while you wait! Corolla recall I brought my mother's car in for a recall on Saturday July 25, 2020. Was told about 1-1/2 hours for the repairs and also wanted the manual trunk rele I brought my mother's car in for a recall on Saturday July 25, 2020. Was told about 1-1/2 hours for the repairs and also wanted the manual trunk release repaired. I received no call when the car was ready, I returned 2-1/2 hrs later and the car was ready. Trunk release issue was not repaired or looked at. Had to wait to get an estimate on trunk release repair from mechanic. Plastic side panels on console fell off while driving the car home, had to put them back on myself. Poor level of conscientiousness by service staff. More
