I got into an accident that totaled my previous 2015 Forester. At Subaru Superstore, I felt like I was appreciated and Darby took good care of us! Darby went above and beyond and even let us check out his personal Subaru when the one we wanted wasn't currently on the lot. He made the entire process so easy, was very knowledgeable and made our first experience with Subaru one that will keep us coming back! More

I liked working with him and he helped me find the best way to unload my current car and make a fair deal on the new one. Couldn't be happier with the service or experience. Finance was great, easy to work with and very transparent. Never felt like I was being suckered into anything. The last minutes was spent with the delivery specialist who also did a great job going over the features and different screens. Highly recommend this dealership and Darby in particular. More

He is a great father, family man and that integrity, pride and humbleness shines through in the guided car purchasing process. He made me feel comfortable and allowed me to ask clarifying questions to understand the process from start to finish. He shared his personal phone number to allow me the opportunity to text when I had a question or concern. He kept me updated on the the arrival of my car in real time. I was allowed to change my mind once I realized the the first car I chose was not as good a fit, no stress. He suggested a different model based on my needs and we proceeded from there. We stayed within my budget and made this process seem easy and fun. I couldn’t be happier with the results!!! I would definitely purchase another Subaru from Chandler and would personally request Darby person to go through this process with. I have owned a Subaru for over 5 years and I won’t buy another brand because of the quality and dependability of the products.
