Born and raised just outside of Pittsburgh, Pa. My wife, Kristen and I moved out to AZ over 11 years ago and together we have a beautiful little girl, Aislyn. When not at work, I like watching my hometown Steelers and Penguin games, or a quiet night at home with my family. I also enjoy taking my family on outdoor adventures (hiking, fishing, and camping) enjoying our beautiful, sunny state in either of our Subarus. I also enjoy taking my daughter to her favorite spots (the Zoo, Odysea, etc.) I have been in the Auto industry for over 10 years, and have been with Subaru for the past 9. It’s a brand I love and believe in and find it easy to stand behind(I own two myself!) I take pride in providing a GREAT customer experience helping to get them into the car they want! We had a great purchase experience with the sales person. The staff kept me informed on the delivery status through the process and were very polite. It has been over a decade since I last had to go through the new care buying experience, and that was not fun. This time, we were lucky enough to find ourselves at Subaru Superstore of Chandler and even mor the new care buying experience, and that was not fun. This time, we were lucky enough to find ourselves at Subaru Superstore of Chandler and even more fortunate to work with Tom Darby. Shopping for a new car with no new cars on any lot was weird. Tom provided excellent advice from the start. We checked out every other dealership in town to verify that Tom was arranging the best deal possible as long as we could be patient. That says a lot about him. It says a lot about the dealership too. Others were charging $4000 to $5000 more just because they could (their words) in this market. We will definitely be back in the future. More

The last time I purchased a new car was in 2009, so quite a few things have changed...! I was pretty sure I wanted to go with Subaru, though Tom was very helpful in narrowing it down to my dream of an Outbac a few things have changed...! I was pretty sure I wanted to go with Subaru, though Tom was very helpful in narrowing it down to my dream of an Outback. While there was a bit of a wait due to current inventory issues, Tom made the buying process seamless once my car arrived. We had the necessary paperwork and steps taken care of ahead of time to make finance agreements a breeze, and I drove away an hour and a half after getting there! The whole team worked together seamlessly to make it an easy and enjoyable buying experience. Highly recommend this dealership over others around town! More
