I am very impressed with how they handled themselves, and when I told them I was looking at other makers as well, they didn’t give them any kind of negative comments/facts. That’s pretty impressive. When I first met Darby, I told him this was my first time considering Subaru. He took his time explaining all the details, new/existing features, etc. And when I told him I was not ready to buy just yet, he understood completely! He even knew why: I needed to do more research on my own. But as I was making my decision, he always kept in touch with me. You have a new Subaru customer for life because of him. I never had a dealership, let alone as salesperson, who gave me such great care and excellent customer service as this dealership has. Thank you. More

Our family of 4 became a family of 5 this past year which of course require us to upgrade our vehicle. We needed a SUV that not only look good but provided the best safety feature for our family. We had initially 3 vehicles in mind to research and test drive, KIA, Volkswagen and Subaru. During this journey Kia and Volkswagen failed to mention any safety features and desperately tried to sell us on entertainment features. We started to get discouraged until we met Darby at Subaru. Not only was his customer services superb but his knowledge of cars was highly impressive. He answered every question with confidence and took the time to show and explain each safety feature Subaru had available. Needless to say at the end of journey we left home with our brand new 2020 Subaru Ascent. Thank you Darby for going above and beyond in your customer services.
