Born and raised just outside of Pittsburgh, Pa. My wife, Kristen and I moved out to AZ over 11 years ago and together we have a beautiful little girl, Aislyn. When not at work, I like watching my hometown Steelers and Penguin games, or a quiet night at home with my family. I also enjoy taking my family on outdoor adventures (hiking, fishing, and camping) enjoying our beautiful, sunny state in either of our Subarus. I also enjoy taking my daughter to her favorite spots (the Zoo, Odysea, etc.) I have been in the Auto industry for over 10 years, and have been with Subaru for the past 9. It’s a brand I love and believe in and find it easy to stand behind(I own two myself!) I take pride in providing a GREAT customer experience helping to get them into the car they want! Pleasant,honest,not pushy Everything about our visit to the dealership was ideal I was pleasantly surprised to find Tom Darby a Salesman that wasn't pushy or tried to falsely u Everything about our visit to the dealership was ideal I was pleasantly surprised to find Tom Darby a Salesman that wasn't pushy or tried to falsely up sell the product .The manner in which he showed us the features of our Crosstrek led us to believe it was a Superior product as we still do. My wife and I believe that he honestly loves and stands behind subaru saying he owned two Subarus himself. He kept in touch as he said he would as our new vehicle was being shipped in. All in all a great experience More

Didn't buy but would come back again! I went to this dealership 3 times in a week because Darby was so helpful, patient, and thorough. He test drove two cars with me (one of them twice) an I went to this dealership 3 times in a week because Darby was so helpful, patient, and thorough. He test drove two cars with me (one of them twice) and gave me a great explanation of leasing. It's because of him that I ended up getting a Subaru, and though they didn't have exactly what I wanted in stock, I'll definitely check them out again first the next time I'm in the market for a car. Highly recommend anyone looking for a safe, high quality vehicle to check them out, especially if you get to work with Darby! More
