Born and raised just outside of Pittsburgh, Pa. My wife, Kristen and I moved out to AZ over 11 years ago and together we have a beautiful little girl, Aislyn. When not at work, I like watching my hometown Steelers and Penguin games, or a quiet night at home with my family. I also enjoy taking my family on outdoor adventures (hiking, fishing, and camping) enjoying our beautiful, sunny state in either of our Subarus. I also enjoy taking my daughter to her favorite spots (the Zoo, Odysea, etc.) I have been in the Auto industry for over 10 years, and have been with Subaru for the past 9. It’s a brand I love and believe in and find it easy to stand behind(I own two myself!) I take pride in providing a GREAT customer experience helping to get them into the car they want! Quick and Easy. Great Experience I just recently purchased a used vehicle from Subaru Superstore of Chandler. Our salesman Thomas Darby was great, he was knowledgeable about his prod I just recently purchased a used vehicle from Subaru Superstore of Chandler. Our salesman Thomas Darby was great, he was knowledgeable about his products and very friendly. Immediately made us feel welcome. We struck up great conversation regarding vehicles and family. The entire purchase was as flawless and simple as could be. Marc Dicino in finance was also spot on. Both of these guys made the typical car buying experience very easy. When it is time for another vehicle I will certainly stop @ work with Thomas and Marc again. Thanks guys we love the vehicle! More

Thomas Darby reached out to us via email and was able to get us the best deal we could get and in the most friendly and relaxed way possible. Other Subaru dealership employees (different Arizona locations) never really took us serious as buyers. Never contacted us. We live in Oro Valley AZ, so we had to drive 100 miles to Subaru Dealership in Chandler AZ. From the time we walked in, until we decided that Outback is what we wanted, it was a pleasant and low-pressure visit. The first time ever we felt at ease with a "salesman". We did not feel we were being manipulated or pressured into buying certain vehicle. We received very reasonable trade-in discount, and reasonable price for the new vehicle. The honesty and friendliness we saw in everyone we met there really sets this dealership above all others we have dealt in the past. Thomas Darby totally understood our objectives and helped find the best fit. We are already talking to Mr. Darby about purchasing another Subaru from this dealership. Other Subaru dealership employees (different locations) never really took us serious as buyers. The way that Darby helped us along the way is how the car buying experience should be for everyone. Friendly, relatable extremely helpful and most importantly, he was kind to my 2 and 4 year old who were with me. Karen made the financing portion of our purchase quick and easy to understand. We left her office with zero questions. More
