I had such a great experience with Darby at Subaru Superstore when I bought my car I figured I would start there. Darby spent a couple of hours with her and had her test drive several cars. Only one was a Subaru. He really wanted her to get the right car even if it was not a Subaru. After several test drives she decided, as I did a month ago, that the Forester was her first choice. Darby gave her a great deal and the finance guy, Joe Nieves, was a no nonsense straight shooter who told her the options but added no pressure. It was another great experience. I look forward to my next visit. More
