Born and raised just outside of Pittsburgh, Pa. My wife, Kristen and I moved out to AZ over 11 years ago and together we have a beautiful little girl, Aislyn. When not at work, I like watching my hometown Steelers and Penguin games, or a quiet night at home with my family. I also enjoy taking my family on outdoor adventures (hiking, fishing, and camping) enjoying our beautiful, sunny state in either of our Subarus. I also enjoy taking my daughter to her favorite spots (the Zoo, Odysea, etc.) I have been in the Auto industry for over 10 years, and have been with Subaru for the past 9. It’s a brand I love and believe in and find it easy to stand behind(I own two myself!) I take pride in providing a GREAT customer experience helping to get them into the car they want! Very relaxed atmosphere and no high pressure sales. Was looking for a replacement for my pickup truck that got totaled by a red light runner. Went into the dealership and spoke with Eddie Bittar and he was very helpful despite me telling him I was just gathering info and did not want to test drive that day. Made another visit to the dealership and spoke with Tom Darby to get some information and my daughter test drove a vehicle. It was a very relaxed and informative visit. Went back a third time and test drove an Outback and ended up getting it. Both Eddie and Tom helped us out and the experience was unlike any other car dealership. More

Came back for more My second time purchasing a new Subaru from this dealership. Both experiences were equally pleasant. Tom Darby is a knowledgeable and professionql. Got another awesome vehicle at a great price. The service depart is also great. I was not offered gap insurance by anyone during the purchase process. I added it to my current existing auto insurance policy. I had a bad experience several years ago by not having it so I always purchase it. More

Another great experience! My daughter needed a car and wasn't sure what she wanted. I had such a great experience with Darby at Subaru Superstore when I bought my car I figured My daughter needed a car and wasn't sure what she wanted. I had such a great experience with Darby at Subaru Superstore when I bought my car I figured I would start there. Darby spent a couple of hours with her and had her test drive several cars. Only one was a Subaru. He really wanted her to get the right car even if it was not a Subaru. After several test drives she decided, as I did a month ago, that the Forester was her first choice. Darby gave her a great deal and the finance guy, Joe Nieves, was a no nonsense straight shooter who told her the options but added no pressure. It was another great experience. I look forward to my next visit. More
